🌿 Where do you ship?
HousePlantsForMe currently ships within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or international destinations.
🌿 How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and carrier performance.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
🌿 Why does my plant look different from the photo?
Plants are living products and naturally vary in size, shape, color, and fullness. Each plant is unique and may differ slightly from product images.
🌿 My plant arrived with a few damaged leaves. Is that normal?
Yes. Minor cosmetic imperfections, slight soil displacement, and temporary shipping stress are normal when transporting live plants.
Most plants recover quickly after being unpacked and placed in their new environment.
🌿 My plant arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please email info@houseplantsforme.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the plant
• Photos of the packaging
• A brief description of the issue
Approved claims may qualify for a replacement plant or store credit.
🌿 Do you accept returns?
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns on live plants.

🌿 Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if fulfillment has not yet begun.
To request a cancellation, contact info@houseplantsforme.com as soon as possible.
🌿 Do you offer refunds on ebooks?
No. All digital product sales are final. Once an ebook or digital product has been delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.
