SHIPPING LOCATIONS
House Plants For Me currently ships within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).
At this time, we do not ship to:
• Alaska
• Hawaii
• U.S. Territories
• International destinations
We may expand our shipping coverage in the future.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after purchase.
Processing times may vary during holidays, severe weather events, high-volume sales periods, or other circumstances that impact fulfillment operations.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
SHIPPING TIMES
Delivery times vary based on destination, carrier performance, weather conditions, and seasonal demand.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
LIVE PLANT SHIPPING
Plants are living products and may experience minor stress during transit.
It is normal for plants to show minor cosmetic imperfections, slight soil displacement, temporary drooping, or minor leaf damage after shipping. Most plants recover quickly when given proper care and time to acclimate to their new environment.
Plants may vary in size, shape, color, and fullness from product photos due to natural growing conditions.
WEATHER AND CARRIER DELAYS
HousePlantsForMe is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Carrier disruptions
• Holidays
• Supply chain interruptions
• Events beyond our reasonable control
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier.
DELIVERED PACKAGES
Carrier confirmation of delivery shall be considered proof of delivery.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier directly.
While we will do our best to assist, House Plants For Me cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
House Plants For Me is not responsible for lost packages, delays, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping addresses.
Orders submitted with shipping addresses outside of our approved service areas may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.
DAMAGED PLANTS
If your plant arrives significantly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

• Photos of the packaging
• A brief description of the issue
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not qualify for review.
Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement plant or store credit at HousePlantsForMe's discretion.
