REFUND POLICY
At HousePlantsForMe, we want you to enjoy your plants and digital products. Because we sell live plants and digital goods, our refund policy differs from that of traditional retail stores.
LIVE PLANTS
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, all live plant sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on live plants.
If your plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@houseplantsforme.com with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the plant
• Photos of the packaging
• A brief description of the issue
Upon review, HousePlantsForMe may provide a replacement plant or store credit at our discretion.
Minor cosmetic imperfections, slight soil displacement, natural variations in size, shape, or color, and minor transit stress are considered normal and are not eligible for replacement, refund, or store credit.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital product sales, including ebooks and downloadable content, are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a digital product has been delivered or downloaded.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided fulfillment has not yet begun.
To request an order cancellation, please email info@houseplantsforme.com as soon as possible.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipment processing, it cannot be canceled.
